Our Story

Inspired by artisanal neighbourhood shops in Paris - the home to the masters of the pastry universe, Patisserie Ché is an popular online pastry shop specialized in making classic French pastries with a twist of Hong Kong flavours. Ché is founded by Chef Cherie after completing her study in Le Cordon Bleu Paris and work in Molitor by MGallery, a 5-star hotel in Paris .

Patisserie Ché 是一間網路人氣法式甜點工作室,一直製作精緻又富有藝術感的經 典法式糕點。品牌 Ché 取自甜點主廚的英文名 Cherie,在開設自己的工作室前,Cherie 畢業 於巴黎藍帶廚藝學院,更曾在巴黎 5 星酒店 MGallery Molitor 工作。回到香港後,Cherie 於 2018 年創立了自家品牌,並為作品加入地道「香港味」,在法式甜點的經典口味中融入「亞 洲風」,用上芒果,西米,腐竹等材料。在香港土生土長的 Cherie 希望利用烘焙將巴黎之味 結合香港文化, 為香港人帶來最精緻的法式甜點。

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chef Cherie aspired to make pastries that relate to the people in this loving city. After completing her study in Le Cordon Bleu Paris & work in Molitor Paris by MGallery, she started her own brand Ché. By using local inspirations and the finest ingredients all over the world, bringing delicacies to people’s doorstep.
